(CRD# 131345) a full-service Broker Dealer clearing through Sterne Agee, one of the oldest and largest privately-owned financial services firms in the nation.
Karl later assumed leadership of his father’s company, Consolidated Elevator, where he spearheaded a series of acquisitions and ultimately negotiated its strategic sale to Arcline Investment Management LP, a private equity firm focused on critical industries.
Anthony C. Ferreri
Anthony C. Ferreri, DBA is a distinguished healthcare executive and public sector leader with over four decades of experience spanning hospital administration, health system management, and federal service. Presidential appointee, he served as Regional Director for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Region II), representing Secretary Alex Azar across New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and eight Tribal Nations.
Prior to that, he held numerous leadership roles within Northwell Health, including Executive Vice President, Chief Affiliation Officer, and Regional Executive Director, where he oversaw operations for flagship hospitals with a combined annual budget exceeding $1.8 billion. He also served for more than a decade as President and CEO of Staten Island University Hospital, leading the organization through significant growth and strengthening its role as a vital community healthcare provider.
