Karl Reeves founder of CND-SA is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial executive with over 20 years of experience as a Registered Principal, having owned and operated several Offices of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJs) and partner / owner of Broker Dealer PRINCIPLE ADVISORS, INC. (CRD# 131345) a full-service Broker Dealer clearing through Sterne Agee, one of the oldest and largest privately-owned financial services firms in the nation.

Karl later assumed ownership of his father’s company, Consolidated Elevator, where he spearheaded a series of acquisitions and ultimately negotiated its strategic sale to Arcline Investment Management LP, a private equity firm focused on critical industries.

Karl enjoys raising his young daughter as well as being very active in several historical societies.

He also served for more than a decade as President and CEO of Staten Island University Hospital, leading the organization through significant growth and strengthening its role as a vital community healthcare provider.

Matthew J. Simon, Esq. brings more than 30 years of experience advising financial institutions, real estate developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals across complex corporate and real estate transactions. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate structuring, real estate development, credit facilities, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Matthew has negotiated and documented multimillion-dollar domestic and international transactions, including:

• Credit facilities of up to $200 million for corporate and real estate clients
• A high-profile joint venture in New York City’s Meatpacking District
• The initial financing of The Setai in Miami Beach
