YOUR PARTNER IN COMPLEXITY
Stacking the Odds in High-Stakes Decision Making
-
(Quality of People) We start with people who know the sector — operators and specialists drawn from a network built over decades — then map what actually drives value in that industry. Strategy, operations, and capital structure get aligned to those drivers.
The aim is straightforward: stronger competitive standing and higher enterprise value on a real raise, recap, partnership, or exit — across founder-led and growth-stage companies, including healthcare, professional services, and commercial operations.ext goes here

When the normal org chart isn’t enough — transition stress, governance pressure, operational breakdown, or a high-stakes window that needs an operator who can move fast. We stabilize, set priorities, and bring in the right specialists through a tight network: investigators, specialized counsel, forensics and e-discovery, interim operators, and reputational advisors.
The work is practical and discreet: protect enterprise value, restore decision-making, and leave the company in a stronger position than we found it. Substance over optics.scriptionre

We guide owners and boards through full and partial equity sales — maximizing valuation while securing the right partner. Culture, governance, and operating fit often matter as much as price.
Whether the goal is a complete exit, staged liquidity, or a strategic or financial partner, we position the company for serious buyers and a clean outcome. Off-balance-sheet and human-capital work surfaces what traditional diligence misses, so value realized today doesn’t destroy what the next chapter needs.

We help companies choose capital — equity, debt, or hybrid — against industry, stage of growth, and real objectives. Focus: right cost of capital, fit with the investor or lender, and structure that still allows a future raise, partnership, or exit.
Recommendations are tailored, not templated — whether the business is healthcare, services, real estate–adjacent, or industrial.

We structure sponsored debt recapitalizations that give owners institutional-scale capital without a full sale. The right sponsor, stronger balance sheet, and cleaner operating standards — on terms and at a scale rarely available alone.
Done well, the company is set up for growth and a stronger equity outcome later, with CND-SA guiding process and alignment throughout.
